The Salvation Army appreciates that serving our community’s most vulnerable population can be challenging; so we offer an array of benefits designed to support the well-being of our employees.

Paid Time Off

Full time employees recieve 28-38 days of paid leave their first year of employment.

Annual paid time includes;

  • 12 Sick days
  • 11 Holidays
  • 1-3 weeks vacation (with an additional week after 1 year)

Pension Plan

Employer contributed pension plan of the equivilant of 6% quarterly earnings for both full and part-time staff administered through ING Retirement.

Tax Deferred Annuity (403B)

Tax Deferred Annuity (403b) plan option for all employees to invest the dollar amount of their choice administred through Mutual of America.
