Seeking an experienced Development Professional to provide leadership for day-to-day operations and management of development department teams, special projects and fundraising programs for the Central NY region. Responsible for all development efforts including: annual fund; capital/endowment; planned giving; major gifts; marketing and media relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proven track record in managing a development staff, and obtaining major gifts. Bachelor's degree along with a minimum 5 years relevant experience required. Master's degree preferred.
