About the Pavilion
Welcome to the Old Orchard Beach Pavilion. The Pavilion was built in 1998 in the location where, since 1885, The Salvation Army Camp Meetings have been conducted. Dedicated in July 1998 by President and Mrs. George Bush, it is surrounded by stately white pine trees and nestled in the middle of what is now known as the “old camp meeting grounds neighborhood”.
There’s not a bad seat in the house with our state-of-the-art sound system, covered pavilion, stadium seating, and unobstructed views. Enjoy a concert accented by cool ocean breezes and the scent of Maine pine trees.
The Pavilion has hosted numerous artists and speakers since 1998, including Sandi Patty, Ron Kenoly, Mark Schultz, Legacy 5, Rachael Lampa and Mark Lowry.
