Summer Camp in the City

Camp Dates: June 30, 2014 - August 24, 2014
Hours of Operation: 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, during the summer months

The Salvation Army provides many inner-city youth with a summertime opportunity to attend our Summer Day Camp. This program, licensed by the Erie County Department of Health, integrates educational enrichment, computer usage, arts and crafts, recreation and field trips to enhance and motivate children's imaginations.

  • Week 3: July 14-July 18
  • Week 4: July 21-July 25
  • Week 5: July 28-August 1
  • Week 6: August 4-August 8
  • Week 7: August 11-August 15
  • Week 8: August 18-August 22
  • * No Camp on July 4

Join us for a summer of fun and learning!

The Salvation Army Summer Camp's daily activities include a variety of sports, leadership challenges, educational adventures and field trips for children, ages 5-12 years old. Set in a safe, clean and comfortable facility with well-trained counselors, music instructors, and certified athletic trainers.

Your child will play, laugh, discover, compete, share, build, swim and grow.

Registration: Now through June 27th, 2014. Please fill out, sign and return, both the Summer Camp Registration Form 2014 and the Summer Camp Registration Information 2014 Revised found at the bottom of this webpage.
Registration Fee:
$35 per child, 5-12 years old (one-time, non-refundable)

*Scholarships are available based on income eligibilty.
