Small Group Training

Need a break from that same old workout? We have just the classes for you! Small Group Training Classes are now forming and we offer a variety of different classes that meet your needs.

What is Small Group Training?


Small Group Training is results-driven progressive training designed to take you to a new level! Enjoy the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a team. A fun, affordable alternative at the fraction of the cost of one - on - one training.

If you are interested in taking any of the following classes, please pick up a registration form at the 2nd Floor Fitness Desk and fill out the form. Then, bring that to the Welcome Desk to register for the classes and to make a payment. Check out the list and see if any of these classes catch your interest! We are currently offering the following Small Group Training classes at this time:




RAW is a results driven class designed to take you to the next level through the utilization of weights, abdominal targeting and conditioning through running drills. A favorite of triathletes and servicemen/women. This class is sure to jump start your workout.

  • Speak with a Fitness Specialist if you are interested

  • 4-week course along with nutritional education

A water intensive class that is sure to test your endurance. This class uses the water as a tool to target every muscle. This is a good class for individuals with joint injuries due to its non - weight bearing nature.

Resolutions too often come and go. This unique program will aid in weight loss and muscle gains to efficiently meet individual resolutions. It will consist of specialized exercises for doing intervals, cardiovascular activity, and resistance training to keep you on track!
