What is Small Group Training?
Small Group Training is results-driven progressive training designed to take you to a new level! Enjoy the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a team. A fun, affordable alternative at the fraction of the cost of one - on - one training.

We are currently offering the following Small Group Training classes at this time:
Break free outdoors and into the Phlex Zone. Designed and infused with MMA and boxing training regimens in a circuit-styled format. Let loose the frustration and take control. Yes, there will be sledgehammers, ropes, and tires like the good ole days. We guarantee when you're in it, you'll feel it.

- One Day: Saturdays (1:00pm) or Sundays (2:00pm) only
