Small Group Training

Need a break from that same old workout? We have just the classes for you! Small Group Training Classes are now forming and we offer a variety of different classes that meet your needs.

What is Small Group Training?

Small Group Training is results-driven progressive training designed to take you to a new level! Enjoy the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a team. A fun, affordable alternative at the fraction of the cost of one - on - one training.

If you are interested in taking any of the following classes, please pick up a registration form at the 2nd Floor Fitness Desk and sign our interest form. Our class sizes are very limited! Please call 215-558-1569 for more information. Or, complete our Small Group Training Interest Form.

We are currently offering the following Small Group Training classes at this time:

Absolute Grit

Grit is defined as "Perseverance and Passion for Long Term Goals". This class will be designed for those that have that personality trait. This perseverance of effort promotes the overcoming of obstacles or challenges that lie within a gritty individual's path to accomplishment. Take a hands-on approach to your fitness this year when your muscles burn, rub some dirt on them. Get ready for weeks themed to getting you up and at 'em.

The Kettlebell "Hates" You!

The kettlebell doesn't like you and doesn't respect you. It's job is to keep you down. Take your workout directly to this popular workout tool that's sweeping the nation. Target specific muscle groups, get your heart pumping and get your body feeling stronger daily. Proper form and technique get the best results in this twice weekly class. This class takes a hardcore attitude and an even harder resolve. The kettlebell definitely hates you - it’s time to show it what you think of it.
