On Friday, April 27th at 6:30pm, The Salvation Army and WTAE TV’s
Project Bundle-Up is hosting its third annual “Auction Kickoff
Dinner.” The evening’s festivities include: live musical
entertainment by Pittsburgh's own Tom Watt, nationally acclaimed and award
winning vocal impersonator; live and silent auctions; fun photos with local
celebrities and fantastic door prizes.
| The annual Project Bundle-Up Auction is a key fundraiser that supports the
purchase of new winter outerwear. In conjunction with WTAE TV, the annual
online auction generates more than $100,000 annually. Since its inception
twenty-six years ago, Project Bundle-Up has provided more than 227,000
disadvantaged Western Pennsylvanian children and senior citizens with new
winter coats, hats, scarves, gloves and boots. |

Your donation of a new item(s) in its original packaging or a gift card with
a minimum retail value of $100 per person is your admission into the event.
Monetary donations are also gladly accepted. The gifts collected at the door
will be auctioned at The Salvation Army and WTAE TV’s Annual Project
Bundle-Up Online Auction in July 2012. For gift suggestions and reservations,

limited to the first 200 guests. Donations of gift items are tax deductible.
This event is chaired by Greater Pittsburgh Salvation Army Advisory Board
member and Walmart executive Marcy Park and is graciously underwritten by Mr.
and Mrs. Ed Dunlap, owners of LeMont.
