Christmas Clerk (Seasonal) - Social Services

Job Summary: The position supports the data entry and administrative functions for seasonal programs such as: Treasures for Children, the Food Card Program and the Christmas Day Hotel Dinners. This position is seasonal from mid August to mid January, three to four days per week to be determined as work load increases.

Case Manager - Social Services

Job Summary: Interview, assess, collect client data and formulate a plan of action appropriate for the client. Must be able to work with clients who are involved with other social service systems, mental health and adults in crisis. This position will be split between two Corps locations.

Divisional Youth & Young Adult Assistant/Assistant Camp Director - Camp Allegheny

The Divisional Youth & Young Adult Assistant / Assistant Camp Director is responsible for resourcing corps youth and young adult programs within the Western, PA Division. This position is also responsible for cultivating relationships with college-age Salvationist young adults, as well as year round management of the Camp Allegheny youth camp program under the direction of the Divisional Youth / Asst. Candidates Secretary. The Youth & Young Adult Assistant / Assistant Camp Director will also be responsible for the recruitment of Summer Camp Staff under the direction of the DYACS. This will include the processing of all paper work for the hiring process

Ark of Learning, Educational Enrichment Program Director - Indiana Corps

 

JOB SUMMARY: Oversee the Ark of Learning, Educational Enrichment Program by recruiting children by coordinating with Indiana’s public schools, recruiting volunteers as tutors and teachers by coordinating with the Indiana University of PA and oversee after school program, teaching classes when no teacher is available. Make appointments to meet and tutor adult learners in reading and financial literacy.

Dentist - Johnstown Dental Center


Position Summary: This professional level position serves as the clinical director for the Johnstown  Dental Center.   Educational requirements include graduation from an accredited school of dental medicine and successful completion of all board examinations, a current license to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania, and DEA certificate for prescribing or dispensing all levels of medication including schedule 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4 and 5 level narcotics. The Clinical Director must supply evidence of malpractice insurance with liability limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in aggregate.  The General Dentist is responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries and malformations of teeth and gums and related oral structures. The general dentist may also treat diseases of the nerve, pulp, or other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth.
