Each year, The Salvation Army in Greater Cincinnati pairs families and seniors in need with generous sponsors that provide Christmas gifts for those less fortunate.
On the day the gifts are presented, recipients are given an opportunity to write a 'thank you' note to their sponsor. Following is a sampling of their notes of gratitude:

"I really appreciate you for taking the time out to help my family. You are our Angels this year! I don't know what I would have done without you. You will be in my prayers. Thanks so much. God Bless you for putting smiles on my kids faces!"
"The Lord sends angels in many forms and I thank God that He sent you. Your contribution is a tremendous blessing to my family. Thank you for all that you have done. May the Lord continue to bless you. Happy Holidays."
