Healthy Seniors! Healthy Seniors Program

Designed with senior citizens, ages 60+ in mind, to promote physical fitness. The goal of “Healthy Seniors” is to promote physical fitness and active lifestyles. This program runs all year long. Seniors will commit to being active for 30-minutes a day for at least 3 days each week. After completing one quarter, the seniors will officially be a part of the
“Healthy Seniors” club.
 
Women's Holy Bball!

Women's Holy Bball

Mondays 6:00 pm to 8:45 pm,
from March 4 through May 20, 2013.

Games will be played to 12 points; the winner must win by
two. We will have a sign-in sheet and the first 10 women
will play. Once you lose a game, you will have to sign-up
again. If a team wins 3 games, then a new 10 women will
play and the players will have to sign up again. You must
attend the Bible study from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm in order
to participate and you must bring your Bible. If you do not
have a Bible, we can provide you with one.

Bible Study: 6 PM to 6:30 PM
Play: 6:30 PM to 8:45 PM
Cost: $1 for memebers, and $3 for non-members
If you can memorize a Bible verse from the Bible study, $1 will be discounted

 
Lose Weight this summer!

Let us help you get a jump start on your fitness for the summer! Work with one of our personal trainers for your choice of either five or ten, thirty-minute sessions. This program will run from April 1 through June 1. Please feel free to contact Erin May, the Director of Fitness with any further questions.

Two Options:
Five, 30-minute sessions
$30 for members; $50 for non-members

Ten, 30-minute sessions
$50 for members; $90 for non-members
