Fee
The cost per class per quarter is $20.00 for non-members. Members will receive a 10% discount off of the class price. Participants will be able to attend one class per week from the middle of May to the last full week of August. The cost for a one-day drop-in class is $2.50.
Cancellations
Classes are subject to cancellation if they do not fill. Refunds will be issued if the class is cancelled.
Spring 2013 Classes will run March 4 through May 25 Must be 16 & over to work out in the Fitness Center or the Dance Studio. $2.25 for members per class; $2.50 for non-members per class. $18.00 for members per quarter, per class; $20.00 for non-members per quarter, per class.

A fun class filled with easy dance steps that correspond with Latin and International music. Aerobic interval training is combined with fast and slow rhythms. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Mondays at 12 pm and 6:45 pm, Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, & Saturdays at 10:15 am |
4:45-5:35 pm Boot Camp in the Gym |
This challenging strength & conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training, cardio, intervals, and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor & outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class. Mondays at 4:45 pm & Fridays at 4:30 pm |

This class is a form of exercise that uses slow movement and stretching. This beneficial class helps increase flexibility, strength, and balance. The class utilizes multiple yoga progressions and movements. Modifications can be made for individuals who cannot go from a sitting to a standing position easily. Tuesdays at 10 am |
6:30-7:20 pm Karate |
Do you want to be a part of the action? This traditional martial arts class consists of teaching children self-discipline and self-respect. Students will learn basic karate moves, the fundamentals of karate, and the fundamentals of self-defense. Children will be able to progress through different levels and belts. Update: This class now meets in the gym. Ages 7-17. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 pm |

A challenging workout of the core muscles from thighs to shoulders using many moves adapted from yoga. Expect planking, bodyweight excercises, and crunches. Modifications can be made for beginners. Wednesday at 12 pm

5:30 - 6:20 pm Pilates |
A floor class that offers movement that strengthens the core stomach and back muscles while gaining flexibility. Pilates is great for toning and lengthening the body without adding stress to the joints. The class teaches proper breathing techniques and control over various muscles. Exercise can be modified for all fitness levels and is great for beginners and persons with previous injury. Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. |
