Spring Weight Loss Program


Dates: March 31st - May 31st
Get ready for the summer by working with one of our certified personal trainers! There are two options: (5) thirty minute sessions at $30 for members or $50 for non-members, or (10) thirty minute sessions at $50 for members or $90 for non-members. You will schedule your sessions with your very own trainer. This special will run from March 31st - May 31st. Family Weight Loss Program


Ages 7-15 are allowed with an Adult of 18 or older.

Kroc RJ’S Sports Academy


Ages 3- 5
Toddlers will play fun, indoor games, exercise and learn a variety of basic athletic skills, alongside children their own age. Comfortable clothes, and shoes required. Wednesday 11:00 to 11:30 AM Runs 6 weeks from March 5 through April 9. Cost: $1 for members; $4 for
non-members.

Kroc teen cardio

(treadmills, elliptical, bikes)
Ages 12-15
To schedule your sessions with a trainer, please visit the Fitness desk. All sessions must be scheduled March 1 through May 31. This class is designed to introduce teens to different ways of adding cardiovascular exercise to their daily lives. Teens will receive instruction on different types of class exercise options, rules and proper use and care of equipment in the fitness studio. Teens 12-15, who attend all classes and successfully complete the program may receive special permission to attend Fitness Studio classes with a parent present only. *Must attend all 8 classes consecutively to complete the class.

Kroc Teen IE

(Intro to Exercise)
Ages 12-15
To schedule your sessions with a trainer, please visit the Fitness desk. All sessions must be scheduled March 1 through May 31. This class is designed to introduce teens to strength training and use of the cardio machines on the fitness center. Teens will receive instruction on proper use of the equipment, learn about basic human movement and go into detail on exercise form. After completion of the class, teens (age 12-15) that attend all classes and successfully complete the program may receive special permission to use the Fitness Center with a parent present only. *Must attend all 8 classes consecutively to complete the class.

Kroc Teen Strength 2


Ages 12 & Up
To schedule your sessions with a trainer, please visit the Fitness desk. All sessions must be scheduled March 1 through May 31. This class is designed to further educate teens on strength training. Teens will receive instruction on more machines in fitness center, including an introduction to free weight form and safety. Participants need to have taken Kroc Teen I.E. and must be 12 or older. *Must also be present with a parent.
