Fees
The cost per class per quarter is $20.00 for non-members. Members will receive a 10% discount off of the class price. Participants will be able to attend one class per week from the middle of May to the last full week of August. The cost for a one-day drop-in class is $2.50.
Cancellations
Classes are subject to cancellation if they do not fill. Refunds will be issued if the class is cancelled.
Summer 2013 Open Fitness Center: June 1-August 31 Must be 16 & over to work out in the Fitness Center or the Dance Studio. $2.25 for members per class; $2.50 for non-members per class. $18.00 for members per quarter, per class; $20.00 for non-members per quarter, per class.

Zumba
A fun class filled with easy dance steps that correspond with Latin and International music. Aerobic interval training is combined with fast and slow rhythms. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Mondays at 12 pm, 6:45 pm, and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. Ages 16 & up. |

Boot Camp in the Gym
This challenging strength & conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training, cardio, intervals, and core strengthening. A wide range of indoor & outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class. Mondays at 4:45 pm, Wednesdays at 12:00 pm, 4:30 pm, & Fridays at 4:30 pm. Ages 16 & up. |

Yoga for Seniors
The very basics, no sun salutations or human pretzel poses! You can practice seated poses in a chair or on a thick padded mat. We’ll do a lot of breath exercises, go through a full range of motion, and practice both visualization and meditation. Tuesdays at 12 pm. Ages 55 & up. |

A challenging fitness class that utilizes a variety of exercises from bodyweight to kettlebells. Exercises are done to reach rep blocks of 300. Modifications are given to accommodate people of all levels of fitness. Are you ready for the 300? Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. Ages 16 & up. |

Karate (in the Gym)
Do you want to be a part of the action? This traditional martial arts class consists of teaching children self-discipline and self-respect. Students will learn basic karate moves, the fundamentals of karate, and the fundamentals of self-defense. Children will be able to progress through different levels and belts. Update: This class now meets in the gym. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30 pm. Ages 7-17. |

A floor class that offers movement that strengthens the core stomach and back muscles while gaining flexibility. Pilates is great for toning and lengthening the body without adding stress to the joints. The class teaches proper breathing techniques and control over various muscles.
