FREE Tax Services
We File Your Taxes, You Keep Every Penny

Electric Bill Assistance Information
The Salvation Army does not have a program to assist with Cleveland Public Power (CPP) customers.
The Illuminating Company has a program to help their customers,
however, their program will not assist their customers who are on the
PIPP (percentage of income payment plan) until after they have made a
visit to a HEAP office and have proof of their visit. If you are an Illuminating Company customer -- you should call first call for help at: 211 or (216) 436-2000
