"But, Jesus called the children to him and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these."

Luke 18:16

vbs kidsThe words of Jesus remind us of the importance of children to us.  At The Salvation Army, we believe in opportunities for the entire family to grow closer to Christ.  For the youngest members of the family, we have specialized programs that provide children with the opportunity to have fun and invest in their character development at the same time.  These programs have been an integral part in the development of youth for many years.

Boys Adventure Corps - Tuesdays 5:00 to 6:30 PMpeace

The Boys Adventure Corps program focuses on boys grade 1-7.  This program works to develop self-esteem and basic life skills.  Each week, the boys participate in activities geared at helping them to better understand themselves, their community, and their relationship with Christ.
