Red Kettle

The red kettles seen in front of shops throughout the Christmas season are perhaps the most quickly recognized symbol of The Salvation Army. The many "bellringers" who volunteer their time to encourage donations into these red kettles are quiet heroes to the communities they serve.

Donations put into The Salvation Army's red kettles are used locally to provide services and programs in benefit to the community in which the money is collected. These funds may support soup kitchens and activities, programs for at-risk children, care and essential services for seniors, and more based on local needs.

If you are interested in participating in this tradition of compassion that is recognized and respected around the world, The Salvation Army welcomes your assistance.  Please e-mail: Tim_Lavenbein@use.Salvationarmy.org
