The Army Behind The Army, A Giving Society for Changing Lives.
The Salvation Army is looking for a few extraordinarily good men and women who are ready, willing and able to help us fight to alleviate human suffering through direct community-based programs. These programs include feeding the homeless, providing places where children can learn positive life skills curbing substance abuse, looking after the elderly and helping families in need. Thousands of lives change for the better because The Salvation Army reaches out to help.
But clearly the magnitude and the complexity of these problems are increasing daily. For The Salvation Army to remain strong, it will require your generosity and that of other community leaders-

The Army Behind The Army, A Giving Society for Changing Lives, is the cornerstone upon which The Salvation Army's many social service ministries are built and strengthened. Our troops are dedicated individuals and corporations who have committed financial resources to help make our work possible.
These are specific examples of the impact your TABTA level gift will make:
- Your gift of $1,000 allows three children to attend The Salvation Army's Camp Wonderland for a one week session.
- Your gift of $8,350 provides a year of care for one senior citizen at our Adult Day Health Program.
- Your gift of $12,780 funds a 12-week session of Bridging the Gap for 12 at-risk youths.
- Your gift of $27,900 provides three months of treatment for five individuals battling alcohol and drug addictions at our Harbor Light Center.
- Your gift of $53,750 allows five children to attend The Salvation Army's Children's Learning Center for one year.
- Your gift of $109,610 allows The Salvation Army to provide day care for 10 homeless children at Our Place for one year.
