Released 10 October 2007
With the support of Essex County through its Emergency Shelter Grant program and the generosity of local supporters, Montclair Citadel's Cornerstone House is currently receiving a much needed facelift. The outside of northern Essex county's only homeless shelter is receiving a new coat of paint as well as some necessary cosmetic repairs, including the roof.

Cornerstone House is a temporary shelter for men, woman and children who need a helping hand to get back into permanent housing. In addition to financial support from Essex County, the shelter relies on the generosity of local supporters to provide this much needed program.
The painting and repairs should be completed by November 2007.
