Discount Drug Mart to support Salvation Army Kettles
| Cleveland, Ohio - The Salvation Army is pleased to add Discount Drug Mart, an Ohio-based company, to its list of retailers who allow the organization to ring kettles this Christmas Season. In the Northeast Ohio Division, there are 66 Discount Drug Mart locations including 13 in Greater Cleveland.With demand for services at unprecedented levels due to the economic downturn it is |

"We thank Discount Drug Mart for the opportunity to have kettles in front of their stores". The goal for kettles in the Northeast Ohio Salvation Army Division is $4.36 million. In Greater Cleveland alone the goal is $650,000.
The Salvation Army of Greater Cleveland raises 75% of its fundraising budget between Thanksgiving and the middle of January. The nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollars add up and help to sustain vital programs and services for the entire year. The Salvation Army impacts the lives of more than 436,000 people in Northeast Ohio including more than 100,000 in Greater Cleveland.
