The Red Kettle Campaign has been a community tradition for more than 100 years and one which attracts widespread support. The Red Kettle Campaign enables The Salvation Army to provide food, shelter, clothing, job training, and many other services to people in need throughout the year.

Call the Red Kettle Hotline at (585) 987- 9500 ext. 2313 and leave a message with your contact information or fill out the form below to register online. A Salvation Army staff person will then contact you to schedule a bell ringing time for you or your organization. It is most efficient if we can talk with you for 3-5 minutes over the phone to coordinate/confirm your schedule.

If you are going to ring in the evening time, it is extremely helpful if you can ring for an entire shift, which is 5pm until the end (8:30pm give or take 15 mintues). We encourage you to recruit other friends to help you cover the whole shift.  If you are unable to do a full shift, let us know which times are best for you and we will try our best to accommodate those times.
