 The Lodge at CONNRI -
Retreat & Conference Center
For 50+ Adults: Summer respite is offered to adults from May
through October, with week-long vacations. Activities including active
recreation, jolly fellowship, hilarious evening programs, mini-golf and crafts.
Three meals a day, lovely
air-conditioned motel-like accommodations (thirty twin-bed rooms with
private bath), fire-placed foyer, large deck overlooking lake and quiet
solarium -- make this the place to be for Connecticut and Rhode Island
citizens 50 years and older. Costs range from $145 to $280 per person
depending on the session.

 A special week, Caregivers Respite Camp (August 3-14) is
set aside for adults who are now full time caregivers to their grandchildren. While they're enjoying the pleasures of this
vacation, their camper-age relatives have their special time at youth
camp. Special workshops on issues related to raising a second
generation, relaxation techniques, stress reduction, trips off campus
to special places, loads of recreational opportunities, or just plain
relaxing is available to you! Participants, during this week only, do
not have to be 50 years or older. Costs for this week are underwritten
by special donations, with the exception of sliding scale registration
fees.

 For Retreat & Conference needs: This intimate setting is perfect for smaller church groups, corporate team building, workshops and seminars for any organization, weddings and other family celebrations, academic institutional meetings, or anyone needing a comfortable, well-organized meeting area.
This private, non-smoking, alcohol-free space is available to groups that want to enjoy the beauty of Connecticut in the Fall, Winter and Spring season.

Day events or overnight retreats can be accommodated. Visual aides, break out areas, and use of recreational facilities are available. Overlooking the lake, the dining room can host 72+ guests, and has an enclosed sun room for expanded use and quiet time reading and relaxing. |

| Directions to The Lodge at CONNRI - 84 East, Exit 69, right at the end of exit (or from 84 West,
Exit 69, take a left off of the exit) Follow Route 74 exactly 6 miles.
The Camp entrance is on your right, just after you see the lake. Or, from Route 44, take Route 74 in Ashford, and follow for approximately one mile, the Camp entrance is on your left. |
