THE RIGHT PLACE TO HOLD WINTER WONDERLAND OPEN HOUSE
FOR FRIENDS AND PARENTS

HARTFORD - The Right Place School Readiness Program at 121-123 Sigourney Street, operated by The Salvation Army, will hold a "Winter Wonderland Open House" on Saturday, January 26th, from noon to 3:00 pm.

Nancy Winslow, Director of Childcare Programs for The Salvation Army’s Southern New England Division, said, "This open house will feature a wintery feel, where each classroom environment will reflect a different theme. For example, one classroom will focus on arctic animals. Another will feature the Winter Olympics. A third will represent the North Pole. Ultimately, we want children and their guests to experience a true Winter Wonderland. We will provide refreshments and gifts for children to take with them when they leave."

The open house will give parents, grandparents, friends, and neighbors the opportunity to check out the facility. The program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), which ensures the highest quality education for children possible. The Right Place also provides parents with the security that their children are always in a safe and loving learning environment, where their child’s development is closely monitored.
