SALVATION ARMY RE-OPENS STORE IN DANBURY
Offers Budget Bargains for Every Member of the Family to Fund Help for Those in Need
DANBURY – The Salvation Army is set to re-open its store in Danbury on Saturday. The remodeled shop will have a Family Store design to vastly improve the shopping experience for its customers and will be filled with bargain-priced clothing, household items, electronics, books, toys, furniture and collectables. Budget-conscious shoppers will also appreciate the store's even deeper "Family Day" discounts on Wednesdays.
Located on Main Street, the Family Store will re-open its doors at 9:30 am after considerable renovations, including a massive facelift of the front and new signage that gives a nod to the building's heritage as the old Sears and Roebuck property. opening a new store in Willimantic on Saturday, February 18th . The new store
is designed to improve the shopping
experience for its customers and includes 18,200 square feet of shopping space
filled with bargain-priced clothing, household items, electronics, books, toys,
furniture, and collectables. Budget-conscious shoppers can now also appreciate
the
store's even deeper "Family Day" discounts on Wednesdays.
Located at 1311 Main Street next to The ACCESS Agency, across the street from
Taco Bell, the Family Store opened its doors for the first time at 10:00 am.
Opening-day shoppers enjoyed prizes and refreshments, along with bargains
