Television and radio icon, Bill Cardille and The Salvation Army's Director of Planned Giving, Lisa Young, CFRE, team up to promote leaving The Salvation Army in your will.

One of Pittsburgh's all-time favorite TV and radio icons has teamed up with The Salvation Army! Bill "Chilly Billy" Cardille, mid-day host for WJAS and longtime personality on Channel 11 jumped at the recent chance to promote The Salvation Army's Planned Giving options over the airwaves. Since coming to Pittsburgh in the late 1950s, Bill has seen the significant and valuable presence The Salvation Army has had in the Pittsburgh area.

"I believe in The Salvation Army," says Bill. "I wish more folks would support The Salvation Army - they do so much good for the community."

Take a tip from "Chilly Billy" and consider naming The Salvation Army in your will or establishing a Charitable Gift Annuity with us. When you do, you'll have a guaranteed income for life.

Our fixed rates are based on the age of the beneficiary. Plus you'll be eligible for a charitable tax deduction - and a portion of the income is tax-free! Best of all, you'll be helping others by supporting The Salvation Army. To learn more about a Gift Annuity, fill out the card below, or call (412) 394-4865 or email Lisa Young.

Help The Salvation Army change lives, starting with yours!
